Albert Mugera is a finance management expert with more than 20 plus years in the field of Public Finance Management, Accounting, Costing Activities, Budgeting etc. He has worked with World Bank, Chevron, PKF and other private sector partners. He has proven experience working with wider national government and departmental policies and programs.
Albert Mugera is pursuing a Doctor of Business Administration from Edinburgh Business School, Heriot Watt University, United Kingdom and holds a Masters in Business Administration from Edinburgh Business School, Heriot Watt University. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) in Finance and Accounting from University of Nairobi, Kenya. He also holds several professional accreditations namely Certified Financial Planner from Financial Planning Institute of South Africa and Certified Public Accountant (CPA) from Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya (ICPAK).

Alhassan BanguraPFM and ITAS Expert
Alhassan Bangura has 21 years’ experience in ICT and Public Financial Management. He has worked with several government institutions in Afghanistan, Canada, East Timor, Liberia, Nigeria, Sierra Leone, Tunisia and Zimbabwe funded by various donor partners such as World Bank, EU and Africa Development Bank. He is currently working as a technical advisor and quality assurance consultant for the Ministry of Finance in Nigeria under World Bank where he has reviewed the Chart of Accounts and Business Process of IFMIS. He has worked with Zimbabwe Revenue Authority to review new ITAS system. He holds a Master of Science in Information Technology Management, University of Derby, United Kingdom, and a Diploma in Information Systems, SiliconPro Technical Education Center, Ghana.
