Since 2008, DEC has specialized in e-Governance, ICT Strategy, ICT Policy and Regulation, Digital Inclusion, Finance, Capacity Building, Organizational Development, Telecommunications, ICT Infrastructure, Management Information Systems (such as IFMIS, HMIS, HRMIS), Cyber and Network Security, Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery and Training.
